The installed 1950 watts produces enough power for slicing a variety of foods. SP-68 fresh meat slicer can slice 794 lbs of meat into pieces per hour or 13.2 lbs per minute. The slicing thickness for this KWS PS-92 fresh meat cutter is 5mm. Quickly interchangeable cutting blades are available in different sizes; replacement blade is available for purchase/ special order and can be found in KitchenWare Station official website.
This machine also equipped with emergency stop push button and safety protection device for maximizing safety and accident prevention. It can be stopped immediately if urgent situation arises and will automatically shut down when stainless steel meat tray is removed.

304 Stainless Steel Feed Tray
The 18” (L) * 9.1” (W) * 2” (H) stainless steel feed tray holds large quantities of meat at once. Using the wooden spatula, you can easily force feed the product down the 5.6” (L) x 2.6” (W) chute to be sliced.
Heavy Duty Metal Gear and Movable Casters
