You can see the water level through the water level line. We have marked the “MIN” and “MAX” lines in the water tank.
How can I maintain the pump to extend its lifespan?
1. Always keep the water volume above the MIN line to prevent dry burning.
2. Regularly clean the pump. If the water fountain makes more noise, please check if the water level reaches the minimum level and if the impeller is covered by the scale.
