Switch mmHg / kPa
When the time is set, press the [Set] button again to enter the kPa/mmHg unit selection. You can select kPa or mmHg by pressing the [Mem] button, “0.0” will display on the screen when kPa is selected, and “0” when mmHg is selected. You can use the monitor at your own option, depending on the unit you are used to.
Which values are normal?
DIA < 80 & SYS < 120 optimal blood pressure
DIA < 85 & SYS < 130 Normal blood pressure
DIA < 90 & SYS < 140 High normal value
DIA < 100 & SYS < 160 Mild hypertension
DIA < 110 & SYS < 180 Moderate hypertension
DIA >=110 or SYS >= 180 Severe hypertension

Settings before using the blood pressure monitor
Long pressing [Start/Stop] button until the system default user 1 is flashing, and then press [SET] button to switch user 2 (Default to user 1, this operation can be omitted)last press [MEM] confirm
In the shutdown state, press the [SET] button, you can press the [MEM] button set DATE and press the [SET] button confirm DATE. Continue press the [MEM] button set TIME and press the [SET] button confirm TIME.
Continue press the [SET] button to enter the kPa/mmHg unit selection. You can press [MEM] to choose which unit and press [SET] finish all set.
