There are 3 Methods to listening the recording file you recorded- via Voice Recorder / via Computer / via Android Phone. The audio recorder is also a U Disc and a Mp3 Player.Before Use, please update date and time of mini voice recorder at computer first, check the manual or the time setting video if you don’t know how to set.Set Time: Use “Time Synchronization Tool” for Window system, Use “FACTORY.TXT” file for Mac system, not support phone.Recording will automatically save when power off, but you have to turn off the device to make sure the recording file save successfully.The software tools are EXE format which won’t supported by Mac computer. Please run them by Window system computer.Please check “Instruction Video” at “Video” part or you can find the video link via User Manual or check with us.Please use included original data cable when connect to computer or android phone(Some of other cables may only support charging).Before connecting to computer/phone, please turn off the voice recorder, otherwise it cannot be recognized.Try to avoid noise, please do not touch or rub the clothes while recording, and keep it in a stable position.To protect your recorder’s system, please make sure to always use “Safety Remove Hardware” (In Windows) or “Eject” (In macOS) when disconnecting the recorder form computer.
