Q1: I found a recording file when I used the voice recorder for the first time?
The recording button may have been accidentally touched by staff during packaging or transportation. Don’t worry, it is our principle that we only sell brand new products
Q2: Why is formatting on the computer prohibited?
The memory format of the recorder only supports FAT32. Once formatted on a computer, the memory format will be changed to exFAT/NTFS/APFS, which may result in problems such as not being able to record, not being able to work, or not being recognized by the computer
Solution: Enter the menu on the audio recorder – system setting and select format device. The memory format will be changed to FAT32
Suggest: Formatting in the menu before using the audio recorder for the first time
Q3: Are there any notes for the voice activation function?
Note 1: The voice activation function is turned off by default. Refer to the manual to turn it on: go to [Menu]-[Recording settings[-[AVR mode], [AVR on/off]-[ON]. ([Voice Activation Sensitivity] default: 2, please do not change this value)
Note 2: After turning on the voice activation, you need to turn on the voice recorder, and it will record in voice activation mode
Note 3: Voice activation may miss subtle sounds, so it is not recommended for important occasions
Q4: Unable to connect to my computer?
1. Before connecting the digital voice recorder to the computer, please turn it off. When connecting to the computer, please place it smoothly and do not press any buttons
