How to install the actuator ?
The linear actuators are controlled by applying a 12V DC voltage.Black wire to the positive terminal and red wire to negative terminal will make it extend. To make it retract, reverse the terminal connections.The actuator has pre-installed limit switche inside, it cannot be adjustable.It can be stopped at any position, with self-locking function.It will hold its position when the power is off. It will auto stop when it reaches the end.
How to protect the actuator ?
Please use the 12V DC power battery. If using smaller voltage, the product cannot work well, use bigger voltage maybe will damage to the product.The mini linear actuator is suitable for pushing objects, not for pulling objects.The actual load does not exceed the rated load.Please don’t store or operate in high temperature or humid environment, and do not place in corrosive gas, which will reduce motor efficiency.The operating frequency of this actuator is 10%. It means that your actuator needs 18 minutes to rest for every 2 minute of work.
