In order to let you know the functios of this Frozen Meat Slicer as soon as possible,please be sure to read following instructions carefully
Operating Instructions 1. Put the machine on the workbench, and place the standard meat rolls on carrier box. 2. Pull the meat press cover to the left in place, press the meat rolls down, and send the meat rolls to the baffle below the blade. Press the gland with your left hand, hold the handle with your right hand and press it down in place to complete slicing operation. After lifting the handle, the gland will send the meat rolls to the baffle automatically. Repeat lifting the handle and pressing the position, the slicing work can be completed(Notes: If the meat rolls are too short, don’t work with your hands holding ingredients close to the position below the blade, to avoid getting injured). 3. To adjust the thickness and thinness, turn nut 1 counterclockwise, and turn nut 2 to adjust the thickness after releasing the screw. Turn nut 2 counterclockwise to adjust the thickness, and turn nut 2 clockwise to adjust the thinness. Then, turn nut 1 clockwise after adjusting the nut 2. B. Requirements for frozen meat temperature 1. Frozen meat temperature is normally controlled at -2-15℃ 2. Viewing methods: The hardness of frozen meat can be felt by your hands. Using your finger nails to pinch the meat, if you can pinch it, it means the meat rolls are suitable. Instead, if you can’t pinch it, it means the meat rolls are too hard. If you pinch it deeply, it means the meat rolls are too soft. Hard frozen meat rolls will make slicing difficult, while soft frozen meat rolls will cause continuous cutting. 3. The fresh meat can be cut after being freezed more than 20 hours.
