Regarding the product not working:
1. Does your mouse have more than 85% battery power? More than 85% can not be charged and overcharged protection.
2. Do you have a replacement charging module? Logitech’s own charging module cannot be charged.
3. Try to restart the mouse, and then connect the charging cradle.
4. To respond to the mouse when it is not charging, you need to use Logitech’s plug-in “G HUB” to check whether it is charging.
5. Please do not connect to the docking station, it may not be charged due to insufficient power. It is recommended to connect directly to the computer.
6. The Magnetic Contact may not be able to contact normally. Due to shaking during transportation. Please try to adjust to two parallel contacts.
