Can the filter be cleaned?
Yes, we recommend cleaning your filter by rinsing it under water and rubbing any external hair & debris free. Although you’ll eventually need to replace your filter, cleaning it regularly will extend it’s life.
Which parts can be placed in the dishwasher?
The drinking dish, hair catcher, and the water reservoir are all dishwasher safe. However, the pump housing must be washed by hand.
Water is pumping out too strong and splashing outside of the drinking dish, what’s wrong?
It’s possible that the USB power plug you’re using is not 5V. Check the USB power plug to ensure it’s 5 volts, not higher. If the problem persists, we are here for support.
Water flow has reduced. How can I fix this?
If your water flow has reduced, it’s likely that your pump needs a cleaning. Open the intake cover (no tools needed) and pull out the small pump impeller. Wash the impeller and the area inside (you can even use a Q-tip).
