Super Easy To Use Control and Date and Time Stamp Software (Windows)
Using the embedded software can be helpful in many situations. To set the time and date stamp simply open the software and on a Windows Computer and it will automatically sync to the computers time once you press the start button.
You can also increase the quality of the audio being recorded. When on “HQ” quality the audio recorder will hold about 576 hours of recordings. HQ quality is very good. We have not seen many situations that you would need to change this setting. With “XHQ” the recording capacity will be about 288 hours and with “PCM” the recording capacity will be about 48 hours.
SVOS level is the voice activation sensitivity level. The default setting of “0” is good for most audio environments, But if it is very loud or very quiet you can change this setting to capture the audio that you are trying to.
The easiest way for MAC users to use this software is to use a Windows based computer to setup the device. You can still listen to the recordings on a MAC.

At the top of the audio recorder is a half-wheel switch with a notch to show what mode you’re in and a couple of small indicators to delineate between modes. Q: How long should I charge the device for full battery? A: About 4 hours.
Q: How can I tell when it’s fully charged? A: When all four LED lights on the flat side of the recorder are on and not blinking the recorder is fully charged.
Q: What if, when I plug it into my computer, a pop-up does not show to bring me to the files? A: First: Make sure that the recorder is in the “OFF” position before plugging it into your computer. Second: For Windows computers, type “computer” into the search bar near the Windows menu. This will bring up the File Explorer with “MEMOQ” listed under “This PC,” which contains all your files. You’ll do the same thing for a Mac computer but using the Finder app.
