Here Are Some Tips for You
1. Avoid leaving the collar on the dog more than 12 hours per day. If possible, please re-pose the collar each 1-2h. Dogs should be at least 6 months old before using the training collar.
2. The electric shock mode should always be the last source to use. Always start at the lowest level and work your way up when using shock mode.
3. To assure that it can be easily charged and fits different specifications of charging plugs and voltage in all over the world, there is no adapter in the package. But you can conveniently charge it with the USB outlet of the power bank/computer/car. If charged by adapter, please note the adapter power must be not greater than 5V1A.
4. Avoid any contact with other metal things while charging with original USB cable.
5. Skin contact is crucial for the shock mode to work effectively. Make sure that the metal prongs directly contact the skin under dog’s neck while using shock mode. And adjust the most comfortable collar length for your dogs. It is recommended to keep 1 thumb apart.
6. Check the dog’s neck skin condition every day, if any signs of skin discomfort are found, please stop using it in time until the skin heals.
7. The receiver’s strap can be taken off and replaced.
There are two rivets to fix the strap. If the strap is chewed badly by dogs, or it became very frayed and unusable due to the strap not being treated the end well when you cut short, you can repalce the strap and screw off the rivets by using tool. Note:If you are worried about the rivets coming off while training dogs, you can use a screwdriver to tighten it a little.
