How to use?

1. Long press the ”M“ menu key after powering on to enter the local menu to set the language and date-time. (Default English) 2. Strongly Recommend: Insert the memory card with FAT32 format(MAX 256GB), enter the local menu to format the memory card for first use. (Forbidden to format on the computer, see QA for the reason)3. Video/audio recording: Find the button, slide up to record, slide down to savePress the “Volume+” button briefly during recording to activate night vision instantlyPress the “Power/Play” button to turn on/off the LCD screen 4. Usage of menu key “M”
After powering on when there is no audio/video recording: short press the “M” menu button to switch between 3 modes: file browsing and other 2 modes
In file browsing mode: long press the “M” button to delete quickly
In the other 2 modes, no recording: long press the “M” button to enter menu
Note: When recording video or audio, or when no memory card is inserted, the menu buttons will not work and you cannot enter the menu at this time
5. During playing, long press the “previous/next song” button for fast rewind/forward (Except for 1296P videos)

2. The interface of this machine is USB-C 2.0, which has a limited reading speed. If you want a faster reading speed, please purchase a USB 3.0 card reader separately
Q1: Can’t record or play videos?
1. You need to insert 8GB~256GB high-speed TF memory card of FAT32 format, and format it on the camera for first use
2. Using a low speed card may result in invalid stored files or inability to record. Please use a high-speed card with CLASS10 U3 or above
3. Do not connect to a computer or any device when recording, when connected to a computer, only data is transferred and all buttons don’t work
4. Try the “Reset” button
Q2: Why can’t I format the memory card on my computer?Q2: Why is it necessary to format the memory card after inserting it into the camera for the first time?
A39 body camera only supports FAT32 format TF card, you can only format the memory card on the police body camera
Once you format the memory card on your computer, it will change its format from FAT32 to exFAT or others, which will cause the camera not working or data loss
Q3: Image rotation: What is the difference between image rotation on/off?
Due to the principle of camera mirroring, the opposite image will be presented. We set 2 modes: with image rotation off (camera facing the back of the screen, image is positive). With image rotation on (the camera is facing the front of the screen and the image is positive). Users can set it according to their needs
Q4: Why does it only have about 59GB of memory when I look at it on my computer?
A: All memory manufacturers in the world produce the memory according to 1000 MB = 1 GB, while the computer recognizes the camera according to 1024 MB = 1 GB. For more information please Google
Q5: If the computer connection fails?
1. Turn the police body camera off before connecting it to the computer, then place it carefully without pressing any buttons
2. Try the “reset” button
3. Replace the data cable or try another computer or port
